Amazing Breakfast!

The breakfast at Talbot House was absolutely very nice! I was treated to a generous full English breakfast that was freshly cooked with high-quality ingredients. The selection of options available was great, and I especially loved the locally sourced food. Maria's cakes were especially good, and I had to ask for her recipe after tasting her lemon and raspberry cake. This was hands down the best breakfast I've ever had at a B&B!

Cozy and Comfortable Room

I stayed in a small double room, and it was perfectly cozy and comfortable for my needs. The bed was really inviting, and I appreciated the thoughtful tea and coffee-making facilities with delicious biscuits to enjoy. The room also came equipped with a multi-point USB charger, which was a great addition for my devices. Overall, it was a lovely space to unwind after a day of exploring.

Convenient Parking Options

Though there isn't a dedicated parking lot, I found the public parking right across from Talbot House very convenient. Plus, it was free after 6 PM, which made it easy to explore the area without worrying about my car. The hosts provided clear information about parking options, which made my stay hassle-free.

Charming and Clean

I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The room was cozy and well-decorated, making it a perfect retreat after exploring the nearby attractions in Patley Bridge. I loved that the hotel was right in the center of everything, and the dining was a highlight, serving delicious Korean food with warm smiles. However, I did find the Wi-Fi access to be a bit tricky, as it wasn’t free, and the pricing felt slightly on the higher end for what was offered.
